    On Saturday, May 19 we will host our second More Than a Shelter Clinic! Sign up for a 15-minute time slot for your pet's quick, easy, and free one-year rabies vaccination and microchip procedure! Vaccinations and veterinary services are provided by Companion Animal Hospital.

    Randoons will be hosting us for their lemonade stand fundraiser! Come out to support us by buying some lemonade and meeting some dogs!

  • March with EAS in the Evanston 4th of July Parade

    We'll meet on Cowper Ave, between Central & Harrison (along Bent Park)

    Bring family and friends. Dog-friendly dogs are welcome too! Where: Cowper Ave, between Central & Harrison, along Bent Park (Sector 5) Time: Parade starts at 2:00 pm. Arrive at our location by 1:30 pm. Parking: Ryan Field, parade endpoint, or side streets south of Harrison

  • PAWS Angels with Tails Winnetka Adoption Event

      Come meet some of our adoptable animals - we will have puppies and kittens! The event will be held in Winnetka along Lincoln Avenue and Elm. Stay tuned for which store we will be at!

    From 8/1-8/15 at Macy's Old Orchard, customers can round up their purchase(s) and donate their change (up to $0.99) to the Evanston Animal Shelter! The charity that raises the most funds at each store will receive a matched donation from Macy’s, up to $1,000.
